complaints, but my investigations haven't turned up much. We resolved the
problems with the Declude and Spam Assassin filters as these give some
detail as too why the email was determined to be spam. I have not been

Possibly a dumb question, but do you have reverse DNS setup on the
domains where this email originates? If not, this would likely be
causing the problem... I had similar issues with sending email to AOL
(actually, my problem was with bounces, but...)
