How do I install this plugin.
You read the plugin documentation, like the README and INSTALL files.
I downloaded got_hotmail and never fetch my
hotmail mail. Then I used gotmail and I put in my squirrelmail plugin
folder and I dont see anything in the option menu. I am usin Squirrelmail

Really? The original poster said the plugin didn't show up in the
interface, which sounds different than your problem.
