I believe it is the filters plugin that is causing the problem.
A workaround is to comment out this line in setup.php:
$squirrelmail_plugin_hooks['right_main_after_header']['filters'] =
'start_filters';
and add this line:
$squirrelmail_plugin_hooks['right_main_bottom']['filters'] =
'start_fil

Which mailbox(es) does this happen in. I have seen one problem where this
happens, but only in the INBOX. It went away when I disabled the filters
plugin. Can you check and see if that fixes it for you?
