[SM-USERS] apache restart problem (REPOST)

Hi, I have an Mandrake 9.1 box with squirrelmail 1.4.1 apache-1.3.27 php 4.3.1 when I start my server everything is ok. squirrelmail is work. but when I restart (or stop and start) apache squirrelmail is not work any more. When I enter my information and press "Enter" it goes to /src/webmail.php
