can anyone tell me how to delete mail when the mailbox is full? I've allocated a 10M for a user. When the user logins, it display 102% quota exceeded. the mail can be read but cannot be deleted. it cannot be moved to the trash folder. So can the user do anything w/o the administrator bumping up th
