I have looked through the web site. I can find nothing relating to the
problem I am having. The problem is not with my php.ini file. File uploads
are enabled, I read the FAQ's.
After some more research, it appears to be something wrong with the Address

Before I get into the problem, here is my configuration:
SquirrelMail 1.4.1
Windows 2000 Server SP3 (5.00.2195)
IIS5
PHP 4.3.2 RC2 (running CGI mode)
Everything seems to work fine... except that I am unable to get mail to
