Huh? Er, I think you might want the multilogin plugin. The other people
posting on this thread don't have it quite right -- see Chris' replies.

There are a couple plugins that will automatically append the domain name,
so instead of typing "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" you can just type "user". You may
want to look especially at the vlogin plugin.

They can,...depends on your implementation,...my server hosts only
one domain, so we just use username. On servers which host multiple
domains, I believe the [EMAIL PROTECTED] is a necessity to prevent
account confusion.
