Make sure you have the proper locales installed & generated on your
server. Each distribution of linux seems to have a diff

I have SM 1.4 running in SuSE 8 as a new instalation (using Postfix) and
it works great.
BUT, when I try to change the language to spanish (or any one else)
nothing happens, it remains in english.
Even the width and height of the compose window do not work
