This happenning becaue probably you had set default prefix to '' and then
to INBOX later and while you made that change you didn't log-out and login
from the web page.
Because Drafts, Sent and Trash are special folders, they were
automatically created, but the second time as INBOX.INBOX.

The first INBOX (and folders the sub-folders) work fine.
The second INBOX cannot be clicked, and the sub-folders
