Squirrelmail is designed to be setup by a hosting service. Do you control
your servers or are you an end user? If, as I suspect you are an end user
then you need to contact your hosting service.

I spent 3 hours roving the net for answers to my qestions about SquirrelMail, all were talking about configuring servers to offer SquirrelMail for the clients they host the URLs for.
