ly, what ownership should the squirrelmail dir be? need i do any chmod
or chown commands?

Recently i relocated the location of my squirrelmail install and since doing
this, i get the message below.
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /src/login.php on this server.
Now i have check the paths and have also upgraded to the new version, but to
make thing no more bet
