At a 'guess', you'd not configured SquirrelMail to use Courier as the
IMAP, but told it to use UW style setup, and the default folder prefix
was set to Maildir/ that causes an issue for couri
courier-imap-2.0.0
every thing looks right
and I can see the inbox
