All seems ok, there is only one problem:

Everything is fine...the plugins are fine...the mail system is fine.
However, when i go to "OPTIONS > PERSONAL INFORMATION" I get this error:
Error opening timezone config, contact administrator.
I have searched the mailing lists, faq and google and I could not fin

Does locale/timezones.cfg exist? Is it readable by the apache user?
