Given the 107:110 range, I'd say you don't have UID support turned on.
Try turning it on in conf.pl.

We have using Squirrel Mail with version 1.4 running on Linux 7.2, there
are a couple of email users who have the following error message why they
are wanting to delete their mails:

Query COPY 107:110 "MBOX-Trash"
Reason Given: COPY failed:Sequence
