Thanks - the patch almost fixes the problem.
However, the time in the date is not displayed correctly
- I think it might work for x:xx times, but not for xx:xx
I was able to fix this by comenting out the reg_replace line, where
$citationDate is assigned, and instead use
$citationDate=$orig_date
