I'm using a Dedicated managed through Cpanel. I have installed a
Squirrelmail and Cpanel Password Changer. I'm using Cpanel ver 10 and
Sqmail 1.4.6. For some reason i cannot install the latest version of
the compability plugin, i have installed the ver 1.3

As far as I know, this plugin is not up to date. You might try
contacting the author or see if another plugin will work. I think
