ThunderBird can export address books to .ldif, .csv or .tab. SquirrelMail
can import ldif (http://www.squirrelmail.org/plugin_view.php?id=18) or csv

I'm just a lowly helpdesk rep here, but I had a customer of ours or two
ask if there was any way to import address books to their webmail area and
then they can use that exclusively. I am sure they do not understand
