Verify you have quota support turned on in your IMAP server and that is being
announced in the CAPABILITIES. I did a cursory investigatuion here and they
are enabled on my system but stil

I think that plugin has a debug setting in the config. Turn it on.
Chances are your user may not have any quota set up.
