Why does message filtering is slowing login, and opening folders so much?
Can we do something about it?

I've got a problem with changing my language in the interface, it doesn't
refresh, I set the default to Polish, changed the charset.
And it's still in english.
What am I doing wrong?

What do you think of rewriting the code to smarty templates to make the
code easier to change the output, because it's not nice, and it's very
hard to rewrite the html output of the interface.
