[SM-USERS] HTML e-mail appears with white background in squirrelmail - should be black

All, I am using DadaMail to deliver a newsletter to an opt-in list. I design the newsletter in XHTML. I post it to my server and I point to it with Dada. When I send a test message and open it in most mail programs in which I test (Thunderbird, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL), I get a black background -- as
