eems to work the rigt way (things like mc are in dutch). However
it must be something else than squirrelmail I guess.
On my local box (debian stable with SM 1.4.2) it works the right way. So I
copied the complete squirrelmail folder to the testing server and there
it's all Englisch ag

So I tried the suggestion with

Last week I installed a new server with Debian Testing. I installed
squirrelmail from the Debian package (and also from source) but I can't
get Squirrelmail to work in Dutch.
Software:
Debian Testing
Squirrelmail 1.5.0 with downloaded Dutch (nl_NL) locales
Apache-SSL 1.3.29
PHP 4.3.4 with saf
