How upsetting is this...A system administrator that can't look at their
own log files and figure out what is going on! Squirrel is supposed to
tell them what is happening on their own system...That is the most
absurd thing I've ever heard!!!
Lotus notes would have generated errors...Squi

Note this example is from a CentOS-6 (RHEL6) setup using Fail2Ban from the
epel repository. Different distributions may place these files in differnet
locations.

This is likely an Apache configuration issue but I cannot determine
exactly how one would resolve this. I presume some of you have and I
would appreciate being informed as to what I must do to fix this.
