files were now proper for usage with SquirrelMail 1.4.9a. Since I do not use

SM 1.4.6. Enabling HTMl display shows some not expected funny colors (see
err.gif). switching user pref back to no html-mail display shows the expected
(and defined) colors (see ok.gif).

If not, you possible did not setup the SM apache configuration correctly
and SM is not able to find the file ;
y posted a solution to your problem on SM-Plugin list a couple of
weeks ago. It's a rewrite of the "User Special Mailbox" plugin, which I
think has the functionality you're looking for.
I don't know when it will reach the production status...

With a vanilla install of SuSE (9.0, 9.1, 9.2) SquirrelMail does not
work. The reason is that they have configured pop/imap to not allow
plain-text passwords.
I fixed the problem by grabbing the imap source rpm from RedHat 9, where
it does work, compiling that and using the pop3d and imapd
