Is it possible to use an external SMTP server that requires a username
and password with SM 1.4.6? I see there's the option to specify an SMTP
server but don't see a way to specify a username and password. Can it be
specified in the username:[EMAIL PROTECTED] format?

Because it came from original SM code and I guess was removed from future
versions
for whatever reason. Fact is, it's working fine for me and my 1.4.5, so why they
removed it, I don't know.

On a side note, we also have public IMAP folders called #FAQ and #News, which
are both read-only, which appear in everyone's listing(s) and act like normal
folders (with the expected permissions).

I'd like to tidy up my compose window by removing the Priority selector. I
managed to remove the receipt request options which are on the same row
but can't see a way to remove the Priority selector from in the Display
Preferences section.
