so i go to explorer favorites. click. takes me to automatic connector.
looks like outlook. my name and password are there, remembered. i click
ok. takes me to an error message: "you must be logged in to access this
page." click again, and there is my mail. any more direct route to go?

Why can't i see any graphics or color on squirrel mail?
and why the error message when i point favorites (explorer) to squirrel
mail. how can i point favorites directly to the log-in page?

By accident, trying to "fix" a problem, I went in to squirrel mail and
created another account. From that day, although my stats still show one
account, my mail comes to 2 places. I am unable to point "favorites" to my
old place any longer, and can only get there through the long drawn out
Cpanel m
