hi there, i have a problem with squirrelmail redirecting to http after
login instead of https.
the scenario is:
squirrelmail on linux machine on port 443 and IIS on port 80 both
listening on same ip address.
so i configured IIS to redirect any call to squirrelmail on port 80 to
port 443.

recently, our backend mailserver (M$ exchange) was down for about a week
and our qmail frontend kept the messages in queue during that week.
when the exchange was back up, it received and delivered all the
messages to the mailboxes. so far so good.
now i come to the problem.

Updating to 1.5.1 helped a lot.
Now squirrelmail quickly shows up to 3000 mails in distinct folder.

i have a problem with squirrelmail 1.4.9a refusing to load folders that
contains more than 2500 ca. messages from exchange mail server.
yes, i know it's stupid to have so many messages in one folder, but
users do often stupid things and often they are your boss.
so, please, don't tell me
try omitting "ldap://"; from host address.
This is the only difference from my config.php
Try also if you can browse ldap with ldapsearch command to
check if you can reach the server.
