when I created a new filter I want to use this new one on existing
(already received) emails. Is there a chance to force filtering manually?

At Thunderbird there is a function "use this rule or all rules on that
folder".
Is there an aquivalent function in SquirrelMail? We are using
SquirrelMail Version 1.4.5

I have to problems i want to solve:
a. I do work with several email-accounts and I want to copy a rule
(filter) from one to an other. Is there a way to do so?
b. on some account I get emails with same adress from but different
subjects. I want to copy a rule and only change the subject.

SquirrelMail Version 1.4.5 is our installed Version.
Some spamer use a good subject to hide their real message. The content
shows their interest.
