I am still having problems with ASPELL
within SquirrelMail. The configuration I have is the following:
1)
SquirrelMail V1.211
2)
Apache V2
3)
PHP 4.3
I have the system running fine with 6 plugins and the last
one I need to get working is the spell

I changed the ownership to Apache account on /usr/lib/php and that did
the trick.
