Hi morning am using 1.4.5 squirremail and my emails are being duplicated is this a squirremail issue OR my exim playing me?

Ope Ur all fine am new to squiremail using freeBSD as a mail server.
Am running a ports version of 1.4.5 for squiremail.
How do i update it and block it from users outside ma networks OR how
do i improve the security of my squiremail?
