Using 1.4.3a. Somehow I'm missing the 'Toggle All' button, and instead I
have a 'Select All'.
I know it's there, since in my devel. box I have it. But can't figure out
what adds that (a plugin I totally forgot I had ?)

It's not you... I'm experiencing the same problem... I was using 1.2 so I
upgraded to 1.3 beta 4 but still have the same problem.
Something on their end, but the timeout takes forever, so had to remove it...
