You asked so I will tell you. My system at this writing is 99.6% idle and
there are currently 2000+ users logged into IMAP either through their local
clients or SM.

The obvious question here is did you configure quotas for your users in
IMAP? The meter isn't going to show if the mail user doesn't have a quota.

Then get a STATIC IP address for that box and all will be OK. If you are
behind a NAT'd firewall then get a Static IP for the outbound side of the
NAT.
Simple solution without making major changes to software not designed to run
Dynamic IP addresses.

Online to Install SquirrelMail for your use. Judging by their web site I
doubt this will happen because they have there own Web Based E-mail solution
which may or may not be Squirrel Mail.

If have Squirrel Mails outgoing service set to Sendmail and not SMTP I
suggest you set it to SMTP and try again. If that fails then I'd get
Optonline to check THEIR mail configuration.
