I've tried to install the empty folders plugin, but as soon as I
activate it in conf.pl the folder list stops displaying any folders - ie
I get a blank pain except for the 'refresh folders' text at the top. I
tried installing with patch but got an error, so copied lef_pain.php
manually into

Last night I upgraded to 4.4.2 just to be sure - and the problem still
