Good find! I had 29 plugins, newmail was on position 9. I disabled some so that
only 11 were left
and I manually edited config.php so that newmail was the first plugin
($plugins[0] = 'newmail';)

I have a problem with the folder view in the left frame:
It looks like this to me (without the dots):
- INBOX
Drafts
Sent
Trash
..Archive
Spam
..Online Shopping
..Squirrelmail
..unimportant
So why is the Spam folder under the Archive folder? The Spam-Folder is a
subdir of IN
