[SM-USERS] Timezone option not present

Hi,   I'm using Squirrelmail v1.4.2 on my domain, and I want to be able to set the timezone for my setup so that sent emails reflect the GMT timezone here, rather than the EST timezone of the server that I'm hosted on. All of the help pages say to change the option in the 'Preferences' section, but
