[SM-USERS] Squirrelmail with Cyrus MAPd

I've just setup SquirrelMail in a Cyrus MAPd environment   Login works ok, I can see my emails but I can't see that left side bar (menu whatever), instead I have this error message in it.   ERROR:  ERROR : Could not complete request.Query: CREATE "Sent"Reason Given: Permission denied Anybody knows
