I am seeing the same problem on my host 1and1.co.uk
with SSL relay using sslrelay.com.
The question I have is if the server is misconfigured,
why would the links in the left frame "INBOX", etc.
work fine while the links in "page_header" like
"Compose", "Sign Out" break ?
