No,It seems SquirrelMail adds the dialup IP as part of the msgid.
SpamAssassin is parsing that IP from the msgid and flagging it as spam

I'm having a SPAM related problem with SquirrelMail. It seems that the
Message ID of email being sent from SquirrelMail has a msgid with the IP
address of the sender encoded into it. Is this necessary? Can it be
