[SM-USERS] Lower Send Button Not Working

Hi, Has anyone seen this before: I have some users of our SM 1.4.0 (RH9) system who complain that sometimes the lower SEND button in the compose window will not send mail. The upper SEND button works just fine though? Anyone else seen or indeed, fixed this problem? Many thanks, Jim
