We had to reboot the system today (RH 7.3, MySql, vpopmail, SM 1.2.10) and now, when a login is attempted, this error occurs:   Preference database error (insufficient permissions). Exiting abnormally   I understand it is a permissions problem.  Can anyone point me to what might have changed
