The search function is failing on my server. I'm not sure if it's a
problem with the web server (Windows IIS) or the nonstandard IMAP server
but I'd like to remove the search link while I sort it out. Is there a way
to do that? I know I can replace search.php but I'd prefer to remove the

David is right...I have SM running at a client with a Dell server with a
single 36GB SCSI disk, P4/2.4 CPU, allt he same software setup...takes
about 3 seconds to pull the first page of an Inbox with 1010 messages.
Hardware is king...

I'd be happy with your 10 seconds for a 500 message folder...especiallly
if more people are using your setup.
Just my 2c...I'd like to hear from one of the developers about how
efficient IMAP is with large numbers of messages in a folder.
