Whenever I open my mail page, all of the messages look like they have been
read. I am downloading messages to another machine (but leaving a copy on

I just found that when I open my inbox, change some messages to unread,
close it, then open it again, all of my messages that used to be unread are
now read. Is this normal?

Hi there,
I found a mbox under my home directory, but it was old. I pointed
squirrelmail at it and it sees the contents fine. Only problem is, its an
old file. Also, now it seems that all of my mail has either been deleted or
read and I can't get to it from my other mail client.
