[SM-USERS] add footer to outgoing messages

Hi all. I am using SM 1.4 on IIS 5 and mercury 3.32, and PHP 4.2.1 I have installed the footer plugin to add a footer to every outgoing message, but it does not add the footer. There is no error and message goes but without the footer. am i missing something? Md. Jawed Ahmed
