Get stuff done quickly with pre-integrated

Morning James,
I had the same problem when I upgraded to SM 1.2.9 I thought it was the
Delete->Move->Next pluginit wasn't. Once I enabled server-side sorting
all worked well. I haven't tried the latest CVS release...
