This bug occurs when I

In the compose page hitting send does not do as expected
Browser behavior after hitting Send button:
1. Apple Safari 1.2.1 (Mac): barely-noticeable browser activity but
the compose page does not change at all.
2. Internet Explorer 5.2.3 (Mac): "Security failure. Data decryption
error." alert.

e.g you send a mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] the MX record directs the mail to a
mail server at no-ip.com on port 25 which then sends the mail to me on
port 9925, but this is only for INCOMING mail not outgoing mail.

And I initially started on the postfix list, which is why SQMail now uses
SMTP to send my mail directly to the mail server provided by my ISP
thereby postfix is not involved in this process/problem at all.
