So, I could not use that method to remove them. What's wrong?

Can anybody explain it better? Is it safe to clean all of those files in that
folder?
Thanks a lot!

situation remains the same, and I could not find any system logs recording
this "error".
BTW, my FC3 linux with sm 1.4.4-1.FC3 works well with attached files.
Does anybody else have similar problems? What's wrong and how to fix it?

g with SquirrelSpell? Can I tell sm to use ispell or aspell
instead of SquirrelSpell? If yes, how to do it?
Thanks!

sm code that does not treat selinux in a proper way. Since
more and more systems will have selinux enforced, I feel that it is sm
admin's job to make it working in selinux environment. I will post the
same question in selinux group to see any
:
$attachment_dir = '/var/spool/squirrelmail/attach/';
and it's mode is:
# ls -lZ /var/spool/squirrelmail/
drwx-- apache apache system_u:object_r:var_spool_tattach
Is there anything wrong? How to make it working in the environment of
selinux enforced in fc3 linux?

I use mozilla firefox for my sm 1.4.0 on fc1 and 1.4.3a on fc3 linux
systems. It seems autocomplete plugin works fine. I did not change
anything, just installed it.

It's fun and FREE -- well, almosthttp
to do both of the above, only one,
either one.
Another point: do you use iptables? If yes, make sure port 143 is opened.
Hope this help!

But, it does not help. The firewall is turned off. I used the same way
to set up squirrelmail in fc1 and it is working well there. Should I do
something else in fc3 to make it working?
I appreciate all help!

Hi,
We have SM 1.4.0 on redhat fc1 linux and it is running well. One question:
how to display asian language characters in emails within SM? We tried IE
menubar View -- Encoding -- Chinese Simplyfied (or others), but it still
does not show the correct characters. If we use other email tools, e.g
splay normal weather information if noaa's web site becomes
available.
Thanks!
