How do we use Authentication type = digest-md5 when using
Exchange 2000 server?
I can use ‘login’ which is Plaintext. But when I’m
using cram-md5 or digest-md5 it gives ‘Bad request: IMAP
server does not appear to support the authentication method selected. Please
