[SM-USERS] Displaying Unsafe messages

I read on the wiki that there is an option to allow me to override the default replacement for "Unsafe Messages". I cannot find the option. Can anyone tell me where it might be or would I have to enable it through a plug-in somehow? Regards, Dennis --
