Turns out delete & next doesn't always delete&next. Sometimes it's
delte&prev. Though I suspect this has to do with having the inbox sorted
and delete/next is hitting the next message in the mailfile, not the next
message in the sorted index, i haven't confirmed this yet...
I switched over to squirrelmail from openwebmail during my last server
