You don't need qmail, but you do need an MTA that works with Maildir. I
believe courier-imap comes with it's own smtp server... not sure though
cause I use QMail. :)

Is there a way to define your own Special Folders? I don't mean change the
4 default folders (trash, drafts, sent, inbox). I mean define a new
