Is there anyway of making the default "Move Selected To: " folder
something specific and the same everytime?
When I first log into my squirrelmail installation, the "Move Selected
To: " folder is set to "INBOX" which is a bit daft, as I am looking at

After reading the FAQ and the install documentation I am unclear as to
whether or not the imap server and SquirrelMail are required to be on
